It can be used to enter a training, course or education. Working people and job seekers can take advantage of this. The STAP budget promotes sustainable employability in the labor market. As of March 1, 2022 at 10:00 am, the STAP budget can be applied for at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uwv.nl\/particulieren\/stap-budget\/index.aspx\">UWV<\/a>. A maximum of 1,000 euros (including VAT) per person per year can be awarded in grants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is interesting to talk with employees about development paths. Training can motivate employees, expand knowledge within the company and it can also increase employee job satisfaction. As an employer, you can encourage the use of STAP budget. When a course is more expensive than 1000 euro, the additional costs must be paid by the applicant themselves. Employers may offer to contribute the remaining amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The grant budget is sufficient to give at least 200,000 people the opportunity for self-development in 2022.
